Terms of Service

1. Service Description

NeuronX Guard ("Guard", "the Service") is an AI-powered code review platform operated by SreeJagatab ("we", "us"). Guard reviews GitHub Pull Requests for security vulnerabilities, code quality issues, and best practice violations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the NeuronX Guard GitHub App, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Accounts

You sign in via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free: 20 reviews/day, all features, unlimited repos. No credit card required.
• Pro ($10/mo): 200 reviews/day, custom rules, email notifications, analytics.
• Team ($30/mo): 1,000 reviews/day, team dashboard, Slack integration, priority support.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Code Access

Guard accesses your code only through GitHub's API when a PR is opened. We read the diff (changes only), not your entire codebase. Code is processed in memory and not stored after the review completes. Review results (issue counts, timestamps) are stored for analytics.

6. AI Review Disclaimer

Guard's reviews are generated by AI and pattern matching. They are not a substitute for human code review, security audits, or compliance assessments. We do not guarantee that Guard will find all issues or that all reported issues are genuine. Use Guard as one layer of your review process.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Guard may be unavailable during maintenance, GitHub outages, or force majeure events. Failed reviews are automatically retried.

8. Data and Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your code.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to attack, abuse, or compromise other systems
• Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Resell the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

10. Termination

You may stop using Guard at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your review history is deleted within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Guard dashboard or email.
